To return a product at
Harrell Digital Enterprises
& Harbor Imports, you'll
need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This can be done by contacting
our service department at
customersupport@lwharrell.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type
will be accepted without an RMA.
All Downloaded
Product Sales are Final. No
refund or credit card reversal will be
allowed once your product is downloaded
without prior approval from Harrell
Digital Enterprises Administration. If
you have any questions, contact
Customersupport@lwharrell.com before
you download any of our products.

to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Harrell Digital Enterprises &
Harbor Imports
accepts returns on merchandise
from select manufacturers within
30
days... No questions asked. However, Harrell Digital
Enterprises & Harbor Imports
reserves
the right to authorize product returns beyond
30 days from the invoice date. Returns
within 30 days from invoice date can be
for exchange, replacement refund or
credit at Harrell Digital Enterprises &
Harbor Imports discretion. Goods damaged
due to misuse or improper return
shipping will not be eligible for
refunds and will be returned to sender
immediately. We recommend returning your
product by UPS Insured Priority
Shipping. Please be aware that specific
manufacturers have more restrictive
return policies. If the product
is accepted after 30 days, credit will be
issued toward one of the following:
NOTE: All Downloaded Database
Sales Are final and will not be refunded
by PayPal or your credit card company.
Any attempt to do so will result in
legal action.
NOTE: ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES
ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping
charges back to Harrell Digital
Enterprises & Harbor Imports
on returned items, and Harrell Digital Enterprises & Harbor
Imports will pay the
shipping charges on the replacement
or exchange item(s) going back.
